All CCKING / ThreadVibe products are printed on demand — made just for you when you order. Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item, size, or color

To request a replacement or refund, contact us at cedernecherubin89@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
